Foster Solutions, Inc. is solely owned by Doug Foster, AICP. For each project a team is developed from a consortium of independent consultants. This process ensures the right team of professionals, all of which with solid business experience, at a much lower cost than a larger firm.
Doug has over eighteen years experience as both a professional urban planner and software developer, specializing in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), database and web development. Software platforms on which he has developed include:
